Hillside Aged Care located in Heathfield is a relaxing 12 minute drive (against the traffic) into the Adelaide Hills. An opportunity is now available for a new aged care manager to take over the day to operations in this well run Home. Reporting directly to the SA Operations Manager you will be part of a close knit team of Residential Managers who support each other and share innovative ideas.

We are looking for someone with a broad toolbox of skills to manage the various day to day operations of this home.

To be successful in this role the following is sought:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with significant aged care management experience
• Extensive aged care experience
• Strong leadership skills & people management skills
• Experience in managing budgets
• Strong work ethic and focus on customer service
• Computer literacy
• Familiar with ACFI requirements
• Business acumen
