The Opportunity

As part of the Client Services Management team, you will be reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager and working closely with those clients who have complex care and / or support needs and receive higher levels of personal care services, as well as other clients with varying packages from time to time.

This permanent full time position will be based out of our Alexandria office. Daily travel to visit clients in the metro CBD and suburbs of Sydney corridors is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building positive long term relationships with clients, customers, allied health professionals and support workers
  • Work collaboratively as part of the regional service team, to support clients with their specific needs and goals contributing to the vision of fostering independence, wellbeing and peace of mind.
  • Ensure the alignment of care plans with client needs and deliver effective services within those parameters.
  • Be fully accountable for the commercial risk & financial risk surrounding complex client programs.
  • Analyse client and / or clinical issues, problem solve to achieve realistic and practicable solutions.
  • Ensure Client Service processes and practices are aligned to company goals, policies and procedures, relevant legislation, contractual agreements and programme guidelines; contributing to long-term service excellence.
  • Actively identify and realise business growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture.

Key Requisites

  • Be a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional and hold AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in HACC/Disability support, particularly client/case management, quality management, incident management and resolution; and related disciplines.
  • Current Drivers license and Police Clearance
  • Business Acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong communication and reporting skills
