We are currently seeking a dynamic Site Manager for our 5 star jobactive site at Narre Warren. This is a permanent fulltime role.
Is this you?
- jobactive experience essential, at a leadership or managerial level
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff to perform and exceed KPI's.
- 5 Star Results driven attitude.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet & exceed individual and site Key Performance Indicators
- Demonstrated administration and time-management skills
- Ability to work in accordance with our policies and procedures, the Employment Services Code of Practice and all contractual requirements of the jobactive contract
The Site Manager role
Duties of the Site Manager role includes:
- Claims management
- Managing your staff performance in line with agreed KPIs
- Reporting on your site's performance regarding initials and commencements into stream services, placements, outcomes, employer engagement, client compliance and Pathway Fund usage
- Conducting monthly and quarterly performance appraisals with staff and managing performance improvement if needed
- Ensuring provision of a safe working environment for all employees
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Overseeing and managing the site including the maintenance and all site systems
