Time-To-Work is an in-prison service that begins with an assessment to identify any barriers participants might face in getting employment and includes the development of a transition plan.

As an Employment Consultant you will:
- Engage with Pre-release prisoners
- Assess and develop a strong working plan to partner with community groups post-release
- Create tools and opportunities for Indigenous people to get employment opportunities
- Create partnerships and connections to support clients are supported in the community.
We would like to hear from you if:
- Ability to work with Indigenous prisoners to undertake new skills, assess career options and develop a long term plan as part of our mentoring service;
- Demonstrated negotiating, mediating and problem-solving skills;
- Well-developed oral communication skills (including presentation, influencing and negotiation) and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team;
