Exciting opportunity currently exists for experienced individuals to join the Northern Sydney Centre (Macquarie Park) as a Relationship Educator specifically to deliver the Family Relationship Education and Skills Training Programs.

The work is suitable for qualified professionals experienced in facilitating psycho-educational Group work programs and seminars for children/adolescents, men, women and families.

Successful candidates will be required on a casual basis with flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work after hours and weekends.

About the role

Some of the responsibilities of the successful candidates will include:

  • To provide quality client service in Relationship Education Group work programs, including working with individuals (men, women and children), couples and in some instances whole families
  • To work as part of a team to enhance Relationship Education program and courses
  • To actively promote Relationship Education services within RANSW's integrated service provision model.

About the successful candidates

Successful candidates will have:

  • A background & experience working with complex, challenging client situations, including family and domestic violence and child protection
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability and commitment to work as part of a team.
