BBCR are an employer who are committed to these values. We currently have a number of ongoing casual positions for direct care workers who provide assistance to clients that independently live in their own homes. Positions are available in both the Shoalhaven and Illawarra regions.
Regular duties may include:
- Direct care and support in social support programs
- Personal support and other independent living skills
- In home respite or group respite programs
- Provide transport - support to attend appointments, maintenance of family connections and other goals as set out in the individual Care Plan
Applicants will be required to undertake a functional fitness assessment to determine suitability.
Applicants must hold:
- Australian Federal Police Check (no disclosable outcomes)
- Provide First Aid Certificate
- Cert III in Aged Care (or similar)
- Drivers Licence
- Current car registration & comprehensive insurance
