ACARES is looking for passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our organisation. We are keen to speak to people that are interested in establishing a career within the dynamic disability sector.
We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers that speak Assyrian to support our client living in the Craigieburn area. Our client require requires full support with personal care, manual handling and ventilation. Regular, ongoing shifts are available.
Mandatory requirements:
*National police check
*Employee working with children check
*Current first aid and CPR certificates
Highly desirable:
*Certificate IV Disability
*Current driver's licence and reliable car
*Manual handling training and/or experience
*Previous experience supporting ventilated clients
