The RSPCA NSW is Australia's preeminent animal welfare organisation. We provide a strong voice for animals experiencing cruelty and neglect. The RSPCA is committed to the care and welfare of animals, providing extensive professional facilities, including fully equipped veterinary hospitals and our state-wide shelter network, with approximately 500 staff across NSW to care for animals.

Our Sydney office is now looking for a Face 2 Face Program Manager to join the Fundraising team on a full time, permanent basis. This position will support the fundraising department by leading a team of fundraisers, committed to recruiting long term, regular donors for RSPCA NSW.

The Face 2 Face Programs Manager will be based out of the admin office in Yagoona, but will travel to onsite locations across NSW to support the Face 2 Face team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and would best suit a candidate with project management and people management experience.

Major responsibilities of a Face 2 Face Program Manager include;

  • Manage a program that raises funds through the face to face fundraising channel
  • Successfully recruit and lead a team that acquires donors through face to face interactions, across the state.
  • Fostering a positive team culture within a team that works remotely ensuring their high performance and low attrition
  • Achieve agreed upon targets for long terms regular donor acquisition
  • Managing a budget including invoicing and reconciliation
  • Analyse results regularly and apply learnings and processes to continually improve deliverables
  • Develop and conduct regular training sessions with the team
  • Implement a reward and recognition program for the team
  • Manage the logistics of the program including, but not limited to, identifying potential locations, booking venues, accommodation, travel and car hire, managing supporting collateral, quarterly target and attrition reporting and liaising with the supporter care team to ensure a successful welcome and retention program

To be successful in this role, candidates will possess the following skills and experience;

  • At least 5 years’ experience in people management and project management(essential)
  • Fundraising experience (desirable)
  • Ability to work within a budget and achieve KPIs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
