About the Role:
Looking for your next challenge, enjoy process improvement and driving change?
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be heavily involved with helping to drive the business through the next stage of substantial growth. We require a team member who can redesign and simplify business processes and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Flexibility can be considered with this role for 4 or 5 days per week.

Duties
- Lead a diverse team through a period of change and growth
- Identifying and execution of process improvement opportunities
- Development and implementation of internal controls
- Lead development and implementation of finance systems
- Documentation of processes
- Implementation of KPI’s
- Partner with the business to ensure adequate support
- Mentor team members and develop strong relationships
- Month end reporting
- Liaise with external auditors
- Project management
Requirements
- Enthusiastic can-do work ethic
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ideally be CA/CPA with a solid background in process improvement
- Min 3 years’ experience in an equivalent role
- Change management and systems integration experience
