About the role
Ensure efficient and high quality systems are embedded in South Australian service delivery and our service activities meet industry quality standards, Australian Service Excellence Standards and other contractual and accreditation requirements. You will establish monitoring and evaluation practices across SA programs to build an evidence base of impact and ensure Red Cross programs meet our compliance requirements. Working within the service development team you will also support the development and review of services to ensure Red Cross embeds best practice frameworks, policy, procedures and resource materials.
What you will bring
- Proven experience in project based work, report writing, research and evaluation.
- Demonstrated capability to lead or contribute to accreditation compliance across a diverse portfolio of programs and services and leading project based teams is required.
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
