Introduction
As a Group Facilitator in our Rosny Park site, or as we call them at MAX, a Talent Developer, you will play a major part of empowering our job seekers.
In this position you will facilitate group sessions of up to 15 job seekers from diverse backgrounds. You will encourage and assist our job seekers in a positive environment to find sustainable employment.
The opportunity
- Prepare and deliver all prescribed training programs and sessions
- Provide expert advice on job search practices to jobseekers
- Empower and coach job seekers to find sustainable employment
