About the Company:

The Board and Executive Director have built a small but professional and well-run health support and promotion organisation with a strong and clear direction and mission.  Combining both support, service provision and advocacy, our client has been consistently delivering for the WA community for many years. As a result of the impending retirement of the current ED, the organisation is looking for an accomplished leader and communicator to continue the excellent work and organisational development delivered to date.
  
About the Role:  

Working in collaboration with a small executive team, you will be responsible for oversight of the business operations, tender responses and other funding opportunities and managing the resultant contracts. You will also lead the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the business, projects and services; the financial management of the organisation; and internal policy development. Most importantly you will represent the interests of organisation in the community and at events, with stakeholders including government and at local, state and national forums. 
  
Job Requirements:   

Our client is looking for a leader with experience in the role of CEO or someone looking to take the next step up into a CEO role. You will ideally be tertiary qualified and be able to clearly demonstrate your leadership, financial and operational skills. Key will be your communication skills both internally with your people and externally with a wide range of stakeholders.
