As a Business Coordinator in our high performing team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the many visitors who attend our offices each day.  Your team mates will appreciate your ability to organise the site for activities such as group job searching sessions or training in a classroom format that take place daily.

When new clients are introduced to our service, you’ll really have an opportunity to shine by completing small group presentations to share the great benefits we have to offer as they work towards finding suitable employment.

The team will come to rely on your exceptional administrative and organisational skills as you become the go to person for knowing who will be attending the site each week and what they’re required to be doing during their appointments in order to meet their mutual obligations.

To be successful in your new role with us, you'll:

  • Be driven by having clearly measured targets and achieving them in a fast paced environment;
  • Have proven experience in creating and maintaining a customer focused and welcoming office environment;
  • Have a good working knowledge of all MS Office programs and ideally some experience in using web based software to manage client information and contacts; and
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing those ideas for overall team success.
