The Organisation:
Our client provides early intervention programs and home-based care to support vulnerable members of our community across Victoria, NSW and WA.
  
The Role:
The decision to expand the fundraising team has the backing of the Board and our client is now seeking to recruit an Appeals Coordinator to join the team to develop and implement multi-channel appeal strategies which will enable growth in their supporter pool.
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager you will:

• Coordinate multi-channel appeals, including strategic use of mail, print, online and email communications across acquisition, growth and retention programs.
• Provide campaign updates, monitoring and evaluating performance for continual improvement.
• Write and edit effective fundraising copy that engages donors, with input from Communications team.

The Candidate:
You will have Not For Profit Fundraising experience working in direct marketing, and a track record of achieving performance targets. You will also have a valid driving licence and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check and criminal history check.
  
The Offer:
The annual salary on offer for this role is circa $75K incl. super, plus NFP salary packaging. Offered as a Full-time permanent position.
