This exciting new full-time role at Bankstown Family Relationship Centre (FRC) provides an opportunity to use and develop your community services skills in frontline services to clients and the local community. Your exceptional customer service and administrative skills will support a cross disciplinary team including Post-Separation Case Managers, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and Relationship Counsellors.

CatholicCare Sydney is the official social services agency of the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Sydney. We are a leading not-for-profit agency providing care and support to people in Sydney across a wide range of social services: children and families, relationships, ageing, disability, employment, mental health and youth programs.
This full-time permanent position includes access to salary packaging.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the following skills, qualifications or experience:
- Ability to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with CatholicCare Sydney’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Relevant qualifications in Community Welfare (minimum - Certificate III in Community Services) and/or equivalent experience working in the Community Services sector
- Demonstrated understanding of the social and legal impact of issues including separation, high conflict, family violence and child protection, and high level skills to assist clients in identifying and accessing appropriate support from our suite of post separation and relationship services
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the particular needs of and challenges faced by clients from diverse communities, and demonstrated capacity to effectively support clients from CALD and ATSI backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Sound administrative skills including competence with Microsoft Word and technology
- Working with Children Check.
