HomeCare+ currently has opportunities for casual Support Workers to join its highly regarded support team across the Riverland area in particular Waikerie and Morgan.  

In this role you will be working as part of a dedicated team to help provide support to people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently within their community.

The HomeCare+ team pride themselves on working tirelessly to ensure our clients’ daily needs are safely, consistently and appropriately met in accordance with their individual goals and aspirations.

Duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Personal Care duties – assisting clients with personal hygiene and personal care needs
  • Community Support – taking clients to appointments, shopping and social activities
  • Domestic duties – general house cleaning

To be successful in this position you must currently have:

  • DCSI Child Related Employment Screening  
  • Provide First Aid Certificate
  • Smartphone
  • Drivers Licence
  • Own reliable, registered vehicle
  • Flexible approach to working hours to meet client needs
  • Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support/ Aged Care (or willingness to obtain).
