Your role
Due to huge recent and continues growth our client is seeking experienced and passionate individuals that have a positive attitude to support individuals in leading a more independent and fulfilled life.
You will have the ability to assist people with:
- Personal care
- Community engagement
- Respite
- Domestic assistance
- Learning support
- Behaviour Management & Intervention
Ideally you will have:
- Experience assisting individuals with disability
- Proven ability to work positively with people with a disability to achieve their goals
- Experience with behaviour management and intervention
- Ability to follow and implement individual program plans
- Demonstrated ability to implement a person-centred approach
- Excellent documentation skills particularly case reports, progress summaries and incident reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and confident in working with people with disabilities
Current or willing to obtain:
- Current CPR & First Aid,
- Working With Children Check (Paid)
- Police Check issued within the last 6 months
- Comprehensively insured car & valid NSW driver's license

What we offer
- Great rates of pay (Above SCHADS Award)
- Ranging from $27.55 to $60.61 PH
