Your role

Due to huge recent and continues growth our client is seeking experienced and passionate individuals that have a positive attitude to support individuals in leading a more independent and fulfilled life.

You will have the ability to assist people with:

  • Personal care
  • Community engagement
  • Respite
  • Domestic assistance
  • Learning support
  • Behaviour Management & Intervention

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience assisting individuals with disability
  • Proven ability to work positively with people with a disability to achieve their goals
  • Experience with behaviour management and intervention
  • Ability to follow and implement individual program plans
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a person-centred approach
  • Excellent documentation skills particularly case reports, progress summaries and incident reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive and confident in working with people with disabilities

Current or willing to obtain:

  • Current CPR & First Aid,
  • Working With Children Check (Paid)
  • Police Check issued within the last 6 months
  • Comprehensively insured car & valid NSW driver's license

What we offer

  • Great rates of pay (Above SCHADS Award)
