  • Are you qualified, experienced and looking for an employer of choice?
  • Is personal, quality care and consistency important to you?
  • Are you able to be flexible - inc overnights, weekdays and weekends?

Home Instead Senior Care is expanding and needs Casual Cert III CAREGivers, or those with experience, to boost our team in the southern and riverside suburbs, including western suburbs and north coast.

We are a national ISO-accredited provider of private and government-subsidised home care.

At Home Instead Senior Care, we are committed to helping older people live safely, independently and happily at home, with the support of our high quality in-home care and companionship services.  Our services, which are aimed primarily at private clients, include assistance with personal care (such as showering, dressing and continence care), light household duties, meal preparation, medication prompts, hoisting and transfers, and transport to appointments, shopping and social outings.  Most home visits are for two hours or more.

To us, it's personal and we need special CAREGivers to help us provide the best quality, consistent in-home care and support for our clients.  In turn, we believe in supporting our team and offering quality in-house training and development, recognition programs, quarterly team meetings and a competitive remuneration.

What you need:

  • Three or more free days a week and 15+ hours of work a week on average
  • Weekends, evenings and overnights in high demand if you are available
  • A valid driver's licence and a suitable vehicle
  • A computer and/or good mobile device
  • A clear National Police Certificate
  • Qualifications to Cert III and/or experience in a similar role – particularly in complex care and dementia care

What we offer:

  • A new career, in a warm and welcoming environment
  • Flexibility and opportunity out of ordinary hours
  • In-house training and career development
  • 24/7 support from your office team
  • An opportunity in the future to work elsewhere in Australia and internationally for one of our 1000 franchised offices.

Please send your CV and a letter which addresses our key criteria through the SEEK link.  Sorry, but due to the number of applications, we will contact only successful applicants.

Previous applicants need not reapply.
