ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager Specialist Disability & Allied Health Services, Residential Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of HELP'S growing residential service portfolio.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
The successful applicant will have
- Minimum 2 years experience managing residential services in Disability Support services including Mental Health
- Good understanding of the NDIS and how it impacts people living in supported accommodation and their families
- Preferred experience in preparing Supported Independent Living (SIL) quote for NDIS
- Experience in leading teams to deliver high quality support for people with disability living in accommodation
- Experience in coordinating the operations and activities in a residential setting, including staff supervision, funding levels, acting as liaison family support and operational management.
- Experience in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Office of the Public Guardian, funding bodies and other departmental staff
