We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team in our South-West Sydney Accommodation services. The team supports adults living with cerebral palsy to live in the community in a variety of housing options across the region.

The Assistant Accommodation Manager role is: a  fulltime permanent position; based in South Granville; is varied, rewarding and challenging; with responsibility for service provision at a large residential setting, with a total of 13 residents. The successful candidate will be required to assist the Accommodation Manager, as well as support, supervise and mentor a team of disability support practitioners.

Our accommodation services are person-centred and support residents to fully participate in the running of their home and to have choice and control in their living options. Your core values will reflect this philosophy. You will have demonstrated experience in: having additional or specialised duties within a team; building positive interpersonal relationships both inside and outside the organisation; top-notch problem-solving skills; and experience in managing budgets.

  • the ability to travel within the Sydney Metropolitan area as required.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain prior to joining
  • a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (or willingness to obtain), or equivalent experience or qualification.
