Position will start at 15 hours per week at SCHCADS Level 5 Award, with the potential to increase hours with future organisational growth. The successful application will oversee the Administration Officer and Program Co-ordinators and be accountable to the Management Committee.
Essential Criteria:
1. Substantial management experience working within a community development or community centre environment.
2. Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
3. Experience in a budgetary and financial management environment, including the ability to prepare funding and sponsorship applications.
4. Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders in a variety of contexts.
5. Well-developed conceptual, analytical and research skills, including the ability to offer solutions to complex problems.
6. Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads in order to meet agreed timeframes.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Relevant degree or qualification.
2. Experience in using Client Relationship Management Systems
