Role & Objective: End-to-end Change Managers required to roll out a number of change initiatives driven by a socioeconomic reforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate change management strategies, plans and schedules in accordance with the Change Management Framework, while considering change initiative interdependencies
  • Assess impacts on stakeholders and their areas of resistance.
  • Develop change impact assessments and change management plans that align with the Enterprise Change Management Framework
  • Prepare change sponsor(s) to lead the change effectively
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of programs and assist in planning for the management of changes affecting staff and/or participants, partners and other stakeholders
  • Support the coordination of change management activities in conjunction with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, workforce planning and communications teams
  • Identify, assess and report possible change risks or issues, as well as recommending treatment strategies
  • Prepare written briefings and advice to senior leaders and governance bodies on planned change roll-outs

You must have:

  1. 5+ years change management experience on a wide range of projects using a variety of change management methodologies and tools I.e. ADKAR, Prosci
  2. Demonstrated past experience in delivering change projects successfully.
  3. Strong communication planning and delivery.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with fellow colleagues, the business and other stakeholders.
  5. Exceptional facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
  6. Ability to influence and establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
  7. Previous experience managing resistance.
