Designed to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people, Anglicare At Home aims to support and assist clients to remain in their homes as valued members of our community. Due to growth, we seek to expand our Anglicare At Home team of Workplace Trainer professionals across the South of Sydney. This is a fixed-term part-time role until 30 June 2020.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the role of a Workplace Trainer is to ensure that required training is delivered and assessed in accordance with the organisation’s procedures and AQTF standards. You will ensure that staff are adequately trained to perform care and related work and that skills records are maintained to meet compliance standards. You will ensure work is role modelled and training is delivered in accordance with the organisations strategy, Christian vision, mission and values and operating requirements.  

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will possess a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, a Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent, and have aged care experience. You will also have a current valid driver licence and have a registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third party property damage insurance or be willing to obtain it.

Previous training experience in a Home Care/Community/Aged-Care setting is desirable.
