Is this you?
- Experience of rostering against Award/Agreement provisions in the Community Sector
- Looking for full time or part time flexible work options, including after-hours work (approximately 19 hours per week, days and times to be negotiated).
- Interested in working for an organisation that enhances the lives of people who have a mental health and/or physical disability to live an independent and positive life
- Highly developed communicator, problem solver with great negotiation skills
- Aptitude for data base management and reporting
- Strong team player who is outcome focused

Our growing rostering team has a great reputation for results and is seeking both full time and part time team members to join them as they continue to work together to put our clients first.
You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and accomplished team and develop and enhance your skills.
The position will focus on:
- Collaborating with Team Leaders to ensure client and staff match is suitable;
- Developing cost effective rosters to ensure client needs are met whilst providing staff with optimum working hours;
- Participating actively in problem solving to develop solutions for scheduling and challenges in consultation with service delivery teams;
Ensuring that rostered shifts match the Open Minds Collective Agreement and are within approved funding contracts, guidelines and Service Level Agreements
