The role is a Permanent full-time position and Working days are Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster. Working hours are between 8am and 8pm.
Day to Day duties
- Providing support to customers to improve their independence by assisting with living skills, transport and social activities
- Supporting customers to achieve their goals
- Keeping customer records up to date on a daily basis using on line systems
- Developing and maintain professional relationships
- Seek out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey
What you need to have:
- Passion, Respect & Integrity
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability and confidence to communicate and work with other staff outside of the immediate team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of Recovery Orientated Practice
