About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager reporting to the General Manager Quality Services Support. You will be responsible for ensuring that ANGLICARE has processes, systems, skills and knowledge to be compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements in residential aged care.
Key responsibilities (not limited to):
• Ensures the ongoing review, development and delivery of the ANGLICARE Clinical Quality framework
• Contribute to the design and amendment of quality improvement processes
• Audit and promote compliance and quality outcomes
• Provide training and remedial actions as required when non-compliance identified
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing
• Excellent knowledge of standards and outcomes required for accreditation of Residential Aged Care homes
• Experience in auditing and assessment of standards and outcomes
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging requirements across our Aged Care Services
This role will work extensively with General Manager and Manager Level as well as frontline staff, so your ability to build credible relationships of trust quickly will be of great benefit.
