McArthur are recruiting in a quest to employ students who are in the process of studying a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent that can deliver an exceptional level of care to elderly, vulnerable clients who wish to remain living independently in their homes and in the community. We are therefore seeking staff that are very reliable, have a caring and compassionate personality, are flexible and willing to work with a wide range of people. Successful candidates will take pride in delivering a seamless, high quality service to their clients with a consumer directed care approach.
All services are Domestic Assistance / Homecare - upon completion of qualifications we can allocate a variety of shift types which include Peronsal Care, Respite and Transport services.
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Valid Drivers licence and a reliable car with third party insurance
- National Police check, dated within last 12 months
- Working with Children’s Check (Card)
