Our client is a well respected not-for-profit organisation supporting children, individuals and families to achieve a life of hope, belonging and purpose.  A significant change program is underway to ensure that the people that they serve are at the centre of everything that they do.  As an organisation built to manage risk - our client works with people experiencing vulnerability and it’s important that help gets to everybody. This newly created role will be responsible for managing organisational risk – that is: hands on, listening to staff, understanding issues and coming up with solutions to ensure that people are safe and have the opportunity to have a full and good life.   Your role is to ensure this risk is understood and solutions both sought and provided.
  
This is not a ‘sit behind your desk’ job, we are looking for someone brimming with potential and personality.  The way to be successful in this role is to engage with the team and co-design solutions to issues with them.  By examining what the team and the data tells you, you’ll then be required to simplify it, report on it and focus on continuous improvement, to build a learning organisation.
