The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Rostering Manager to manage the effective and efficient delivery of Rostering services across the Community Solutions business unit.

The Rostering Manager will be accountable for the delivery of quality, safe and sustainable consumer outcomes by leading a committed and capable workforce that will provide a resilient service delivery across community based consumer directed services.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Demonstrated competence in leading a group of consumer directed service staff including Rostering staff.
• Demonstrated competence in providing service delivery within the legislative principles and operational guidelines of NDIS, TAC and DHHS. 
• Demonstrated experience and success in managing multiple programs.
• Understanding principles of confidentiality, and rights and responsibilities of consumers within a community disability context as part of the Privacy Act.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills. 
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication and advanced competence in use of Microsoft applications and electronic consumer management data base applications e.g. Carelink+

Qualifications - Essential

• Relevant qualification in Health, Community Services, Business related discipline or equivalent.
