Job Prospects provided services to more than 47,700 people of all ages last year.
Job Prospects is now recruiting for an Employment Officer to join the Marion team.
Duties of the successful applicant include:
- Actively engaging with ‘work ready’ jobseekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
- Reverse marketing jobseekers to employers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- Ensuring timely referrals to Employment opportunities, Vocational training, Work for the Dole Activities and Non-vocational programs.
- Recording the results of each intervention in JP & DoE IT Systems.
- Providing thorough Post Placement Support to employers and jobseekers to maximise employment outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a successful results driven team is desirable.
- Experience in a sales and/or customer contact role is desirable.
