Cerebral Palsy Alliance delivers of a portfolio of programs and services that meet the needs, goals and aspirations of people of ages with a disability. Your primary focus is to work closlely with individuals to coach them to build skills and develop independence that increases participation within the community. You will utilise critical thinking to develop plans towards goal attainment with your clients and will use outcome measures to measure progress. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and support the delivery of our flagship products and services in the Sydney region and growth areas. You will work with people of all ages from kids to adults delivering age appropriate servies that excite and make a difference.

This role is a fulltime contract position. The role is located in Prairiewood and you will be required to travel within the Sydney Metropolitan area. 

Cerebral Palsy Alliance services are based around a client-centred coaching philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach, working towards achieving the goals identified by young people with a disability and their own support network.
