Your Role
As a Personal Care Assistant at Stockland, you will be entrusted with providing first class care to our valued The Willows Residents. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will assist our residents within serviced apartments and independent living villas to ensure they are comfortable, safe and that all daily needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide and perform all activities associated with personal care, food and domestic services, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and report any potential health and wellbeing concerns of residents, in line with Stockland process and procedures.
- Assist and support in maintenance of residents care plans, where applicable
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders through delivery of outstanding service
This is a casual opportunity working during week and weekday/sleep over shifts
About You
- Minimum 1-2 years in Aged Care
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Aged Care (desirable)
- Current First-Aid Certificate
- Previous experience in customer focus roles, including food and domestic services
