Reporting to and supporting the Manager you will be responsible for coaching, inspiring and motivating the team at Preston and Heidelberg.

Together you will drive the teams performance against monthly KPI's and ensure that compliance and quality standards are adhered to.
 
Further responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching staff to ensure that daily activities are linked to achieving 4/5 star performance rating
  • Supporting the Manager with the post placement and claims processes
  • Reviewing employer engagement strategies to ensure they address caseload needs; and deliver outcomes
  • Achieving KPI's linked to placing jobseekers in sustainable employment.
  • Organising appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment.
  • Delivering professional recruitment services to our clients (job seekers and employers).
  • Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups.
  • Facilitating workshops and individual appointments.
  • Adhering to contractual compliance processes and procedures.

 You will demonstrate:

  • Experience achieving targets and working to compliance standards.
  • Experience coaching and developing staff.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent relationship building, business development and customer service skills.
  • Experience remaining calm and responsive under pressure.
  • The ambition to drive the site and region to exceed performance targets.
