The role
The number one focus of the job is to work with your colleagues and employers to ensure our job seekers can maintain their employment. Upon placement into work, you will continue to partner with the client and the employer to ensure that ongoing work is maintained and the job seeker is supported to succeed. You will provide regular support to both the client and the employer through phone and face to face contacts, conduct worksite visits and effectively remove barriers that may otherwise be problematic to workforce participation through effective problem solving.
Of course, there is paperwork that must be done, so you will utilise your well-developed planning and organising, administration and computer skills to ensure that you complete all compliance and case noting requirements.
About you
Your enthusiasm, resilience and genuine desire to help others will be obvious in your approach to work, preferring a person-centred approach, ensuring that the goals agreed are well matched to our client and employer needs.
A background in employment services or similar would be highly regarded, but not essential.
A driver's licence, National Police and DCSI child-related employment screening are required on commencement.
