Uniting Communities is seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to join our Therapeutic Youth Services and Rubys team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Adelaide CBD, with teams based across the metropolitan areas and Mount Gambier.

About The Role
Therapeutic Youth Services (TYS) has an outstanding reputation for excellent service provision. We successfully prevent young people entering the homelessness sector through innovative responses including family counselling, sexual assault counselling and our Rubys residential program. TYS is a large, highly motivated and diverse team, and we are looking for someone with extraordinary management and leadership skills to support them.
The Service Manager role requires balancing information and service delivery principles at various levels, including
- maintaining an eye for detail, whilst always seeing the bigger picture
- maintaining a client, youth and family focused approach to service
- an understanding of the vulnerabilities clients present with, implemented with a strengths based approach.
The role is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the program, and ensuring that the program is working effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, to maximise impact for clients.

About the Remuneration
Dependent on experience and/or qualifications the salary range will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
