About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Employment Consultant to join our Bankstown Service Centre.  Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

Skills and Experience
* A genuine, demonstrated commitment to working with people with a disability to achieve greater social inclusion
* Ability to manage a caseload
* Advanced communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Effective and positive problem solving  and conflict resolution skills
* Qualifications in Community Services, Disability Services, Social & Behavioural Sciences or similar will be highly regarded
