We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic In Work Support Consultant to work at our Fairfield site.
The In Work Support Consultant is responsible for supporting and sustaining employment for those candidates that have achieved placement, through regular contact and engagement with the candidate and employer. In the event that a job is at risk, In Work Support Consultants will be the mediator between Employer & Candidate, sourcing appropriate work equipment, additional tools or training, &/or engage allied health teams as appropriate.

Ability to provide direction to candidates and work with employers and others to remove obstacles to maintaining work placements for candidates.
Action Oriented, with the ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstance.
