Your responsibilities will include
Coordinating the delivery of strategic and infrastructure planning processes related to Council’s community services, sport, recreation and cultural heritage functions. You will provide expert advice and input into strategic land use and infrastructure planning policies, develop and deliver initiatives supporting disability access/inclusion and Indigenous/historic cultural heritage, and provide leadership to the team, promoting innovation and excellence.
To be successful in this role you must possess
A relevant degree qualification and experience in a similar role whereby you have effectively lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational and strategic outcomes. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of statutory frameworks related to land use and infrastructure planning, and have the ability to prepare high quality strategic plans, policies, multi-faceted reports, briefings and presentations.

Work Location
Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
