These roles are 12 month maximum term, full time roles on a Monday to Sunday, rotating roster.
Based at our Ashfield Office and you will report to the Team Leader in our Enabling and Life Building team.
The day to day
- Providing support to customers to improve their independence by assisting with living skills, transport and social activities
- Keeping customer records up to date on a daily basis using on line systems
- Developing and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families and caregivers
- Supporting customers to explore their practical and complex needs
What you need to have
- Passion, Respect & Integrity
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability and confidence to communicate and work with other staff outside of the immediate team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
