Services Pastor
Northside Church is seeking a Services Pastor to create an impacting experience for all who engage with our church services.
Northside is a growing contemporary church. It is comprised of a diverse congregation of over 500 members and regulars, situated in an exciting urban ministry context.
Purpose of the Role:
To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating experiences that leave people wanting to take the next step towards faith.
The Services Pastor is to establish and fully lead (through scheduling, volunteer development, budget, and environment implementation) a team invested in people and experiences from our car park to communion- you oversee the whole process.
We would love to talk with you further if you are:
- Experienced in developing and motivating leaders
- Experienced in creating, planning and implementing the various moving parts of a Sunday service
- Knowledgeable in music, production and media
- Excellent team player, able to work collaboratively with other ministries
- Have led and developed worship teams and/or service planning teams in the past
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ
Location and Hours
Northside is located in Crows Nest, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Hours are negotiable (minimum three day appointment)
