The Key Account Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing high level coordination support to those identified as key account consumers across the Community Solutions business unit.

Reporting to the Manager, Key Client Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the services provided to large, complex and specialised ISP, TAC, NDIS, and private funded consumers to develop & build a strong and individual service standard of service delivery for those consumers in their portfolio.

You will be accountable for the overall performance and service delivery of your service plan with approximately 30-50 clients, who are a mix of complex, long term, and large roster programs. Consumer satisfaction is paramount to your success in this role.

The role involves consumer support coordination including specific consumer rostering oversight and recruitment as well as consumer fiscal management, program cost control and program reviews. You must also ensure quality of services, compliance, funding agency liaison and reporting.

To be considered you will have qualifications in Social Work, Social Sciences, Nursing, or Community services. It is essential that you have skills and experience in service provision for people with a disability, particularly the ability to undertake service coordination for consumers with a disability. Experience in Individual Support Programs such as a Case Manager or equivalent within a Disability support organisation. Knowledge of DHHS, NDIS Disability and TAC guidelines is also essential.
