Applicants must answer all the selection criteria
Selection Criteria:
- Providing appropriate training and support to individual residents.
- Assisting and supporting residents to develop community living skills
- Supporting residents to access community based, generic services
- Encouraging and supporting residents to develop personal care, health care and hygiene, e.g. eating, dressing, toileting and bathing
- Conducting all communication in a professional manner
- Maintaining all necessary records and providing reports as required
- Carrying out all necessary domestic and household duties
- Providing innovative programs that deliver the aspirations of clients
We require you to have:
- Certificate III in Disability Work or 2 years of full time experience working in a Group Home or Day Program Setting
- Current full NSW driver's licence
- Current First Aid certificate
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills and be able to use Microsoft office
