The Role
Reporting to the State Manager, the Senior Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination of high quality home and community care services to individuals living with a disability and the frail aged across service delivery regions as well as coordination staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operational supervisor of the Client Service Coordination team;
- Service Coordination and development;
- Provide direction, support & guidance to coordination staff and lead coordination teams;
- Ensure client services are adequately rostered for NSW, reducing contractor usage and expenditure;
- Act and communicate with a high level of customer service to employees and clients.
Essential Requirements
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in a Health or a related discipline
- Experience in the management, supervision and development of staff
- IT computer literacy in Microsoft Office and rostering software
- Knowledge and experience of community services sector
- Master rostering experience
- Demonstrated experience and skills in service coordination
Preferred
- Broad knowledge of NDIS, Aged Care services and packages, individual support funding and other community services in the disability and aged care sector
- Knowledge of WHS standards and requirements
- Post graduate qualifications in Health or a related discipline
