At Home Care is recruiting for a pool of candidates to fill upcoming roles for Disability Support Workers. Specialising in personalised, in-home care, our team members enjoy rewarding and meaningful working relationships with their clients, and with our supportive and friendly Care Coordinators.
We are particularly seeking support workers who are available for a variety of shifts south of the river.
At a minimum, you will have a valid drivers licence, and also be willing and able to obtain, the following:
- National Police Clearance
- Senior First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Working with Children Check
You must be able to demonstrate experience in disability or aged care, including:
- Experience disability care particularly clients with aquired brain injury or spinal injury
- Manual Handling
- Bowel Care
- Light domestic duties
- Social support
