About the Role
The Regional performance Manager - Disability is a critical management position with a high level of responsibility to oversee and manage all aspects of designated regions. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced employment services Manager or Performance Manager to work closely with our State Manager and manage and lead the integral operations across regions in South East QLD.
To be successful in this role you will clearly demonstrate the ability to design and implement improve performance ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved for our clients and organisational objectives are met. You will require an innate talent to develop successful community and employment stakeholder relationships, as well as motivate and develop team members including Business Managers.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive management experience within employment services, with experience in a similar senior role an advantage. You will possess strong leadership skills, be commercially savvy and demonstrate organisational agility.
You will have the ability to drive and achieve results through others and demonstrate your experience in being able to drive key performance areas and deliver key outcomes for customers. A strong customer focus and a commitment to a customer service culture is essential.
