Introduction

The Client Service and Administration Officer (Employer Account Servicing Officer)  is a key role in delivering high quality service in relation to wage subsidy and claims administration based within our Springwood office. Your confidence, professionalism and supportive approach will see you delivering a high quality service.

The Opportunity

  • Be part of team servicing Employer accounts, validating placements and wage subsidy management
  • Use your superb communication skills to liaise with a range of people, this includes communicating any non-compliance and steps to rectify any issues
  • Build trust and rapport with our key business functions – provide expert information and helpdesk support to achieve outcomes
