ALARA QLD Limited is a not-for-profit community based organisation that provides a broad range of support services for people with a disability and their families.
Services are provided in the Ipswich, Somerset and Lockyer areas.
We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Senior Support Worker who resides within the local area of Ipswich.
The position is fixed term.
The suitable applicant is required to have:
- a minimum of two (2) years paid employment working in direct support and personal care;
- a minimum qualification of Cert IV in Disabilities;
- a Cert IV in Training and Assessment or is willing to obtain;
- an open licence with a clear 5 year history; and
- a roadworthy, registered vehicle.
Full availability is required, including weekends.
There is also an expectation to complete administrative duties, therefore you will need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with a rostering database such as TRACCS would be an advantage, but not essential.
