You are a highly organized, energetic, dynamic individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. You listen, plan, document and deliver while building relationships with various stakeholders across regions. You pride yourself in being resilient, customer focused, approachable with high attention to detail and excellent reporting and administrative skills. You are an independent, proactive advisor but are also able to follow direction/s from your manager and can work within a tight-knit team. About this opportunity:

This position will report to Team Leader, Recruitment and Selection however work collaboratively with team leads/ managers and broader People and Culture team.
The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for supporting the workforce plan for Wellways Victoria and Tasmania regions by leading resourcing and recruitment activities to ensure recruitment needs are met consistently and successfully. This opportunity allows the successful applicant to showcase their drive, passion and effective recruitment planning skills as well as shape up a growing people and culture service. You will be a credible and trusted advisor responsible for building relationships with an ability to support, coach and mentor hiring managers relating all talent acquisition/ recruitment matters and provide them with exceptional technical and administrative support.

What do you need?

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end contemporary recruitment practices
• Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act (2009) and its subsequent iterations/ employment legislation, etc.
• Technical knowledge and skills in providing excellent recruitment solutions and support to hiring managers
• Excellent communication skills (both, verbal and written).
