You will be responsible for

·       Supporting all administration requirements, including invoicing, volunteer scheduling and showroom/warehouse presentation

·       Prepare monthly reporting, including the interpretation and delivery of accurate statistics

·       Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers, suppliers and agencies

·       Driving events in conjunction with our volunteer committees. These include stakeholders (supporters, volunteer etc.), as well as fundraising events such as our trivia nights, and clothing sales.

·       General tasks as required by General Manager, including coordinating clothing donations and incoming and outgoing correspondence.

To be successful in this role you will have

·       Proven experience within a similar role

·       Sound organisational and project prioritisation skills, with advanced interpersonal and presentation

expertise.

·       Proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision

·       Advanced problem solving ability

·       Advanced excel and word skills

·       Understanding of the employment and training sector
