Introduction
As a Community Development Officer based in Bunbury, you will be required to source, negotiate, implement, manage and promote a range of different types of activities to assist our customers meet their requirements across the region. You will foster positive relationships with host organisations, customers, internal staff and other key stakeholders in order to develop successful partnerships within the region. If you are ready for a challenge, operate autonomously and achieve results, great things are within your reach at MAX Employment.
Opportunity
- Identifying and sourcing potential host organisations within the region and fostering and developing strong relationships that lead to quality activities
- Negotiating business solutions and project proposals with external providers
- Identifying and developing activities to meet the employer and job seeker requirements
- Managing budgets

- High level interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales and delivering successful outcomes
- Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven problem solving, conflict resolution skills and business acumen skills
- Can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously
